Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing and packing. Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays. We do not ship on non-working days.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch:

Domestic shipments: 7–15 business days

International shipments: 12–30 business days

Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, logistics congestion or remote locations. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping Charges

Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed on checkout page based on item weight and destination.

We may launch free shipping promotions; promotion rules will be clearly marked on our site.

Customs and Import Taxes

For cross-border shipments, all import duties, customs fees and local taxes are the buyer’s sole responsibility. Our store cannot cover these charges.

Lost / Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel:

Check with neighbors, property management or local post office first.
Contact us within 14 days after marked delivery for support.

We will launch an investigation together with the logistics carrier.
